Our Chico Visit Part 1

The week before Christmas, we went up to visit family and friends for the Christmas holidays. It was a busy busy weekend, but so fun to see our friends and family that we don't get to see often enough. We left Thursday and traveled to Yuba City to visit with Tammie (one of my old roommates) and her husband Jesse, and their little one year old daughter Serenity. We got there late, so we ended up meeting them at the church. It was their ward's Christmas party. They invited us to attend that with them. That was nice. So even though we missed our own wards Christmas party, we still at least got to attend another ward party. lol It was really nice to see them and visit. They are doing really well, and are happy & healthy. And Serenity is such a doll!

Then after the party we traveled on to Paradise to stay at my Grandpa Hunt's for the night. The next morning we were up early, because we were going to go visit Debbie and Kelly Freeman and their family in Sparks Nevada, and visit our other friends Matt and Deb Ruggiero who live in Susanville.

We got to Debbie and Kelly's at about 1:30. We had lunch with them and visited for a few hours. While Dallin and Sierra played with their kids; Hannah, Seth, and baby Rachel. Their kids are adorable and such sweethearts. Dallin and Sierra had a blast playing with them. Kelly had built a treehouse out in the backyard, complete with a slide. The kids loved that, and the swing.

Debbie and Kelly are doing great! Kelly isn't liking his job all that much anymore, and is looking to open his own dojo in the future. Other than that though, they are liking where they live and are happy.

We left Sparks at about 4 pm, and went back into Susanville. Our old stomping ground. lol It was neat to visit it again after so many years away. That is where Dan and I lived as newlyweds, and where Dallin was born. So it holds a lot of memories. I am glad though that it was just a visit. I wouldn't ever live there again.

We ate dinner with Matt, Deb, and their daughter Isabella. And we talked about Mona Vie with them. Explained what being a distributor is all about, and how super easy and simple it is. Great for our very busy lives! They are very excited to be a part of our team. They've already felt the effects of the Mona Vie on their health and are happy that they will be able to share it with others as well, and have the potential of making a ton of money doing it.

After our visit, we decided to just stay in Susanville for the night and then travel down to Chico the next morning. We got a hotel and crashed out. It had been a long day.
