The Baby's Name has Been Chosen :)

I had the first name picked out for awhile now. It was one I've liked for years and years, but wasn't sure whether it fit with our last name. Once I got preggers, it just felt right to me. I knew it was his name. Plus the name, in its Latin origin, means fifth. Which is appropriate since he will be the fifth and final member of our little family. :)

I was dithering between two different middle names. Both middle names are ones that I've loved as middle names for a long time as well, but I wasn't sure which one would fit my criteria best. I wanted something that was one syllable, like Dallin and Sierra's middle names: Brooks and Lynn. Plus I thought it would be nice to have a little bit of an extra connection to Dallin, (since the baby is a boy), with the baby's middle name ending in an 's' sound.

Also, I love names that have history to them, and that aren't uber popular or common. I don't like my children to have names that you hear every day, or names that are the "flavor of the month" so to speak.

So without further ado, the baby shall be named......

Quentin Miles

Oh, and in case anyone is curious, (there is always the slight chance that the ultrasound was wrong), for a girl we are going with Cicely Jane.

Well, I thought for SURE the baby's name would be EDWARD!!! hehehe. I haven't heard of Quentin in a long time, but then I'm kind of out of it in the kid's department. I hope you are feeling well. I bet that's nice to be able to call your baby his name now.

I LOVE Cicely Jane. Adorable.

I also love how you've connected this baby's name with Dallin's. (and even Sierra's with the one syllable mn thing)
